Good location and easy access to subway station.
Unfortunately, the bathroom in our room had a strong moisture smell that was quite unpleasing. Additionally, the staff seemed unhelpful on several occasions, including when I needed assistance with a taxi. The overall room conditions were not as comfortable as expected, with a stiff bed and limited amenities.

i recently stayed at ginza capital hotel moegi and was pleasantly surprised. the room was bigger than i expected and super convenient, with two metro stations nearby. plus, the cleaning lady left us a thoughtful care package when we opted out of room cleaning!
the front desk staff lacked friendliness.

absolutely loved the centrally located hotel, too bad my room was dusty with an off-putting bathroom odor, are clean towels too much to ask? woudl ve been nice to get an upgrade for dealing with such discomfort. really, was expecting at least a complimentary treat for my trouble. i just couldn’t give a good review after this!

Room was super spacious for Tokyo! It had all the good stuff like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and even a private bathroom. The staff were so nice and always helpful. Plus, it's a short walk to the train station and really close to Tsukiji market and Ginza shopping. Can't recommend enough!

The location stands out, making it easy to access the metro and nearby attractions, which enriched our time in the city. The room was comfortably spacious, providing a peaceful retreat after our daily excursions. Additionally, enjoying the octopus millefeuille was a delightful culinary highlight, enhancing the overall experience despite a few minor setbacks with the check-in process taking longer than expected and limited dining options within the hotel.

great service but minor convenience issues
The room was cleaned to perfection every day, and the individual air conditioning allowed me to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. The convenience of having Lawson and Family Mart right next door made it easy to grab snacks and essentials. Although the check-in process was quick, I appreciated the warm toilet seat, a nice touch that added comfort. Moreover, I loved that the staff were friendly and always available to assist when needed.
It would have been better if the check-in area was more organized to reduce wait times.
